Our Week 2 game was a great opportunity for our team to continue developing chemistry and understanding our strengths and weaknesses. Even though both teams were missing a number of players, we kept the energy up and focused on building a positive vibe.
Offensively, Manny and Karol were zooming all over the field, constantly finding open spaces and making big plays. Their movement and awareness were key to keeping our offense alive.
On the defensive end, Mandela put on a stellar performance, locking down his matchups even with a size difference (Short Queens too). Her tenacity and positioning were impressive throughout the game.
Clyde was solid as a main handler, controlling the pace and consistently hitting his targets. A special shoutout to Dr. Anton, who delivered a beautiful bomb for a score to our new-to-league player, Nick. It was an exciting moment and a sign of our team’s potential.
Overall, it was a great afternoon of ultimate. We had the chance to build on our team dynamic and learn more about how we can improve. Looking forward to seeing how we progress in the coming weeks!
