Carolina had a fun night this week! We finally have a team name – We BLUE it! And thats exactly what happened against the very experienced White team. It was hard for us to create defensive turns so white got us this time 4-7. But I think once our newer players get a little more used to how defensive positioning works, we could close that gap.
We really blue it this game – the rain kept our blue v blue game a little short, but we were ahead 4-3. Theyve got some great handlers but we have a lot of speed so im excited to play them again for a fairer match.
Still very dispersed stats amongst our players. Of course great assists from Zach and the few times we get Chip on the field he pulls out a sick D and couple scores for us. Rain got two of our four scores in the second game. Michelle and Rashaid scored quite nicely as well. Tomas and Nick step up into the handler space when needed and do a fantastic job. We are still teaching our newer players the ways of the friz and they are showing gains each week!
