Game 1: Pink 10 Orange 9
This was a fun revenge game for Pink after the game was rained out last week. Pink started off hot with a 6-2 lead at half including TWO Callahans, the first by Devon Keyt and the second by Billy O’Bryan. As we have seen with this squad, Pink came out of half slow and let Orange mount a large comeback to tie the game, but ultimately SIX assists from Max Overdevest and SIX scores and an assist and a D from Billy, our game MVP, were enough to seal the win over Orange.
Game 2: Pink 7 Yellow 8
This one was a bit of a revenge game for Yellow after taking a stormy low scoring loss to Pink earlier in the season. Pink found themselves down 6-3 with only a few minutes left in the game, but after we rallied the troops and locked in we were able to tie it up at 6-6 to keep ourselves in the game. A layout catching score by Captain Ross on an assist from Max tied the game at 7’s, but unfortunately Yellow went down and held on the next point to take the game 8-7.
