Unlucky again. Windiest day of league so far and we look over and see DDP and Skool, both excellent wind throwers. Damn. The game in a nutshell. On O Pink didn’t have a lot of turnovers and when there were some crappy throws, Tommy Akin would bail them out with really good catches. I think we counted 4 times, there could have been a turn but Tommy saved them. On D, Pink’s zone really put pressure near the disc and we did a poor job of hitting the stretchers for big chunks of yards and did a poor job swinging the disc from side to side. Fewer turnovers and a more effective zone = Win for Pink 15-10. Highlight of the game was an insane D by Hakeem on a huck. It wasn’t to his guy and he must have covered 50 yards in the blink of an eye to get there and knock it away.
