A non-participant but VERY interested party breaks down the draft

Tis the time of year again where the pre season predictions are once again upon us. Whose ego is going to get hurt from being left out, whose ego is going to be engorged because of being mentioned? Stick around and you’ll find out.
After countless hours of research and finding out who people are and what they are cable of, this is how I would bet the season turns out. (I wouldn’t bet a lot of money on it though)
  1. (Brandon & Shea )
    1. It’s my opinion, knowing very little information about the people in this league, that this team looks like a strong favorite on paper. Goetz is a strong first rounder who doesn’t show up unless its to play ultimate, and he takes it very seriously. This team is pretty deep with handlers including Lyle, Ben and Matya, who is returning from a 2 year trip in Antartica where she was studying penguin flight patterns. Expect this team to not be turn over prone and drag games out.
  2. Sam & Ness
    1. These 2 are one of my top 15 favorite couples. Sorry, it’s a competitive list. This team I can see being in contention till the very end of the season. Steven Nguy may be one of the better handlers in this league and you throw him with Sam and Ness who are both gun slingers, and he may be able to keep this team on track. Ben Hayden and Don Mcclendon are both dominate players who will be counted on to help this team if they want any hope of winning.
  3. Natalie & Billy
    1. This might be too low or too high. It really depends on what Billy does. This team has my favorite name (Jacob Speedy). I don’t know why, but speedy is just a fun word to say. Alex Janelle, who has spent this summer playing for Weird, should have improved dramatically, hopefully. I hope you play well dude. This team will be huckster’s for sure with some down field threats on both the women and mens side. Rosie are you still hurt? If she’s not, look out cause she’s a baller and if you disagree we can fight about it.
  4. Evan & Aaron
    1. This team is a combination of hilariously tall and short people. KJ and his son both used to work for Ripleys Believe it or Not, while Steven Johnson and Evan O’Neill are former Keebler Elves. This team could win it all, buttttt I don’t think so. I’ll be absolutely honest I don’t know a single lady on this team and that should scare everyone. Because they are probably capable of pwning everyone and I can’t warn you.
  5. Jeff & Jenny
    1. They may not win a lot , but this team will probably win title for most fun and most names known by me. This team has the strongest female core in the group. Michelle Floyd is a BALLER with a baby somewhere around, and Caroline and Jenny are both dominate cutters, so I can easily see this team running a strong portion of their offense through them. Michelle Floyd’s husband is also on this team and he will be a strong piece in the offense (he doesn’t play defense – lets be honest it sucks so I don’t blame him). Will Byrd, Jeff Rose, Tommy Akin, and Josh Barker are all good dudes.
  6. Fresca & Joe
    1. This team won’t finish last, but they are being placed here because I don’t appreciate the way Drew HIatt spelled his name on the sign ups. 3 W’s in your name is childish, foolish and for some reason triggering. Outwside of that silliness, this team is not bad and pretty well balanced. Jenn Maresca can pretty much do it all so I expect to see her on both sides of the disc either catching or throwing or running or stopping. Hannah  and Clea are  both talents in their own rights with this team boasting the most females on the roster. Munir Ben Jemaa won the best name in league.
I hope you enjoyed this work of ficition, if you did not, please feel free to write me All you need to do is write down on a piece of paper what you didn’t like, and then locate your closest trash can and throw yourself in it.
